An Amenity Tree Evaluation is a brief statement of the health, safety and overall condition of a tree. It is based on a visual tree assessment (VTA) and intended to summarize the overall attributes of the tree. It may be necessary to provide additional information at a later date.
It is the appropriate format for trees without significant pests, diseases or disorders which may compromise the overall health and/or safety of the tree.
An Amenity Tree Evaluation includes the following contents:

b) evaluation limitations
c) introduction
d) findings
e) conclusion
f) recommendations
